ReplyDeleteWell these sound amazing, thank you very much. I have the original box set (and the Jelly Roll jsp set) and whilst it is true that the sound on both sets is superb for the provenance, I have always found that neither can be cranked up and enjoyed in the way that more modern recordings obviously can be. With your Hot 5s and 7s however, the volume can be turned up and the music enjoyed without fatigue - and personally I think that's a real big deal !

Thank you for your kind words. I had the same feeling about all the previous editions. That's why I wanted to see what can be done with modern restoration methods.
