Louis Armstrong – Hot Fives & Sevens Volume 1 [JSP]

The first volume completes the series of Louis Armstrong's Hot Five and Hot Seven recordings. Starting from John R. T. Davies' version on JSP, I used the same remastering methods as in the previous volumes. I would have never thought that these recordings, which are almost 100 years old, could sound so wonderfuly lively and natural.
