Louis Armstrong – Hot Fives & Sevens Volume 3 [JSP]

The third volume in the series, originally mastered by John R T Davies in 1991 and still considered to be the best-sounding version. The same remastering techniques have been used as with Vol. 2, resulting in a very convincing and natural sound. Some crackle remains. Of course it could be removed (I tried), but then the recording sounds artificially clean and lifeless.
